THE REAL ESTATE CONSUMER'S 
"BILL OF RIGHTS"!
Home Buyers Relocation Services is a charter member of The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents! (Merrill was it's first Treasurer and also served as  President!)
NAEBA has as its motto, "Above All, The Consumer!" 
It has formulated the following "Bill of Rights" its members believe are due to all home buyers:
 
  • THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION - The right to have accurate and adequate information upon which to make free and intelligent decisions, and be protected against false or misleading claims and information.
 
  • THE RIGHT TO CHOICE - The right to make an informed choice among products and services in a free market at fair and competitive prices.
 
  • THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY - The right to control the dissemination of all personal information, financial and otherwise.
 
  • THE RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION - The right to exclusive representation when negotiating the purchase of a home; 100% loyalty, 100% of the time.
 
  • THE RIGHT TO SAFETY - The right to expect that the consumer's health and safety -as well as financial well-being will be properly and effectively protected in the marketplace.
 
  • THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD - The right to a full and fair hearing in any case of dissatisfaction and wherever possible, the complaint satisfactorily resolved.
 
  • THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION - The right to continual consumer education without which the citizen-consumer cannot enjoy the full benefit of all other enumerated rights.

Next however, we're coming from the other direction...making promises "We Won't Do!"

* Or..."Buying Your Castle Without a Hassle!" *
*   We were looking for an analogy here equal to "Selling No Wine Before Its Time"  and the best we could come up with is our headline. ..."Buying Your Castle Without a Hassle"! It's a little weak, but you'll get the point! 

Many surveys have been made of buyer dislikes..... 

Those results are consistent with our personal "don't like" lists as well, whenever we purchase goods and services anywhere.  All of us "hate a hustle!" 

So this is intended to define our service from the other direction...pledges of things we WON'T do...behavior that nobody likes to deal with: 


At Home Buyers Relocation Services, YOU WON'T HAVE....

1) Consideration of any interests but yours...no hidden agendas! 

2) Misdirection, misleading, or deception of any kind. 

3) Withholding of information or options from review. 

4) Known untruths, even if it isn't good news. 

5) Opinions that aren't qualified as to source and soundness. 

6) And finally, "hustling", for lack of a better word....no decisions hustled before their time; before you're ready to make them, support-ed with adequate data and your own conclusions. 

We hereby promise that you will not put up with these offenses here!
