The main subject here, intended specifically for relocation professionals, is "Redefining Destination Services".....

But mixed within the text is a "mini-scrapbook"....which we hope will convey a bit about our company personality...our approach to making the home buying process successful and pleasant.

Subscribing to the Southwest Airline philosophy that "Work Should Be Fun".....we believe that's an important part of the message, and critical to the comfort of our clientele.

Please know that all of the pictures here are of actual clients and actual company people. All, except for Mr. Lincoln of course, who's on one of the first pages!

With over 1000 "exclusive" buyers' events completed, we have served buyers employed by a huge number of area businesses and institutions. That includes a myriad of smaller firms, and certainly all of the larger employers from both sides of the river, as well as several "third parties" and relocation companies.

On the Illinois side, the US Air Force and Southern Illinois University sponsor significant numbers of relocating families, but there are hundreds of other employers important to us. It's a real cross section of industry, education and business, constantly building as part of the general growth enjoyed by SW Illinois, with promises of much more to come!

Significant also is this fact: while these 1000 cases represent a real cross section of all-American home buyers, there are among them many "captains of industry" and professionals of all kinds. Overall, it's a group let's say, of "very discriminating buyers". Our average home sale value is way above the local averages. In these pictures they are in casual dress, but their smiles show they're still real people.
