One of the most important goals in The Home Buyers AdvantEDGE! Program is saving and earning money for our clients. In a real way, the objective is to conserve our buyers' equity, in this transaction, and, perhaps surprisingly, in the next!

On top of all that, though, Home Buyers Relocation Services recognizes that many home buyers belong to organizations such as banks, credit unions and discount clubs that have special offers for their member who agree to use certain assigned real estate practitioners. We believe that this type of “assigned agent” approach works to limit a buyer’s opportunity to select whom they believe to be the best support, yet we recognize the offer of “cash back at closing” can be very tempting.

In order to expand real estate representation choices for members of these organizations, Home Buyers Relo will consider matching bona fide incentives made by third party vendors, if the economics of the transaction permit.
